We are committed to protecting the privacy of our valued customers. Any information that is collected from you will always be held securely and never shared with a third party.

Personal information is directly related to your purchase from Little Dot's Crayons or any other information that you may decide to share with us, for example, when writing a review. This information may be used in future marketing e-mails from Little Dot's Crayons only, providing you decided to opt-in to this service.

Other information will be held for the required legal amount of time and will then be deleted from our records.

Production Times

As all of our crayons are handmade to order, we aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days of your order being placed.

All of our items are shipped with Royal Mail on a 2nd class service.

Royal Mail advise 3-5 working days for delivery.

Depending on the size of your order, we may send your items in two separate parcels.

Delivery and Returns Policy

If you're not happy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at littledotscrayons@gmail.com

Because our crayons are made to order, we are unable to accept refunds unless they are defective, though we will offer a replacement first.

On the rare occasion that your crayons may arrive damaged, we will happily replace the damaged shape if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) is not in its original condition.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will not include original postage costs (if applicable).

Once your order leaves us, we have no control over the delivery speed or process. We are unable to refund or resend delayed orders until the statutory amount of time has elapsed. Royal Mail currently do not consider lost claims until after 14 days after the delivery due date.
